Who is a good candidate for a photofacial?
Those seeking to treat brown spots, redness and hyperpigmentation caused by vascularities and sun damage, typically Fitzpatrick skin types I–IV. For best results, avoid sun exposure 3–4 weeks before your appointment.
How soon will I see results from Lumecca?
You'll see improvements in complexion and sun damage within a few days, with skin continuing to look younger and more radiant after 1–2 weeks. A series of 3–6 sessions is recommended.
Is there downtime?
Lumecca is quick and convenient. Mild to moderate redness and darkened brown spots are expected for 2–3 days; the darkened spots may then slough off, leaving skin clearer and more radiant.
